Since 2009, Helping Hand projects have been brought to life through unique animation styles, unified by the handmade character or "Helping Hand." In 2021, I led the creative execution, defining the animation style, developing storyboards, and collaborating with a motion designer to produce 15 animated films in just two months. I also supervised synchronization and audio design, created print and digital materials, and turned the films into an actual comic book.
The Helping Hand Award annually honors Germany’s top five volunteer projects across three categories. Each of the 15 nominees receives a short film showcasing their work, which premieres at the award ceremony.
